Pets are a big part of life at Wayfarer, and our guidelines are in place to make sure every resident, including four-legged ones, has a great time calling our community home.
Permitted Pets
- Cats and dogs are welcome at Wayfarer
- Up to 2 pets per home
- All breeds are accepted
- No weight restrictions apply
Pet Fees and Deposits
- Pet deposit: $500 per pet
- Monthly pet rent: $50 per pet
